Details;
When 22nd/23rd of October 2016
Where The Games Cube Parramatta 79 Phillip St, Parramatta NSW 2150
Format 800 points from any list in "Emperors and Eagles" and "Triumph of Nations" with latest amendments from here http://www.fieldofglory.com/fog_nap. Rules will also use latest amendments from this location.
Terrain Will be provided - scenarios.

4 scenario games in total - 2 each day. Commencing at 9:30 each day. 3.5 hours for each game with a lunch break of 45 minutes commencing at 1pm each day.

Entry fee is $30. This will all be used as prize money in the form of store credit at the Games Cube.
In the event there is an odd number of players I will be a playing TO so that no one ends up missing a game. I will publish my list well before the event.
Lists are due 16th of October 2016. Please email to gcchecking@gmail.com

The store is located in the centre of Parramatta. There are plenty of shops close by for coffee and food.
Parking on the saturday is best done at the council car park in Erby Place. A very short walk to the shop and about $10 a day. For Sunday on street parking has no time limits so you can generally get free parking close by.

As promised, here is the list I will be using;

1815 Prussian

CC Skilled

1st Div Competent
small average veteran reformed line infantry - rifle skirm attach
large average drilled reformed line infantry - cavalry attach
small average conscript reformed line infantry
small average drilled horse artillery
small average drilled lancers

2nd Div Competent
small average veteran reformed line infantry - rifle skirm attach
large average drilled reformed line infantry
small average conscript reformed line infantry
small average drilled medium artillery
large average conscript lancers

3rd Div Competent
large average drilled reformed line infantry - rifle skirm attach
small average drilled reformed line infantry
small average conscript reformed line infantry
small average drilled medium artillery

I will not be eligible for any placings. After my recent showing in Melbourne I doubt that will be an issue Smile

Discussions at the Melbourne comp showed me that scenario games are very popular. In light of this we will now be playing 2 scenarios each day - 3.5 hours each. I will finalise the list soon but basically I am stealing the scenarios used in Melbourne. The original post for this thread will be updated to reflect changes in due course.

I'm in Geoff. Happy to drive up on the Friday and back on the Monday if any Melbourne players want a lift.

I've just finished painting the trophies for the comp. The priest is 3rd place, the rifleman 2nd and the French Colonel is 1st. They are from the Perry 40mm Peninsular range. Naturally they will be based and labelled by the time of the comp.

Only 5 weeks to go before the comp.
I have uploaded some resources that will be of use. Just paste in the url below;

We are using the successful Victorian clarifications as well as all the latest official ones. Unfortunately the download site for Fog does not have these available so having them here will be handy.

Could I please get an indication of who is coming for certain as well as those who are fairly likely to come. We have 5 confirmed so far.

Geoff

Hi all,
We still only have 5 confirmed for the comp. We have to confirm one way or the other with the venue soon. As it stands it is not worth running. However, if anyone has booked flights/accomodation etc. Please let me know by this Tuesday night. I will make the final call then.

Hi again,

Sadly we do not have the numbers to go forward with this comp so I am cancelling it.
