I was wondering if anyone might have an army I could borrow for this Sunday? I'm facing David's late Russians. I've been practicing with 1813 French and Austrians from the back of the rulebook (using cards), but anything to get on the table would be hugely appreciated.

I'm learning the game, so they might get hurt, but never damaged!

I can bring my Prussians. Not historically accurate opponents, but it's an army.

Hey Andrew, good to meet you at the club today. Sorry I've been off the form for a while so missed the request to borrow an army. I'm always happy to lend out figures so now that you have my number, give me a shout next time you're looking to borrow. I do have Austrians which I know you said you were keen on.

Thanks Richard,

I'd love to have a go with Austrians some time before I choose my own army.

Thanks Tyler for the generous use of your Prussians, and David for taking me through such a great game. It was a terrific demonstration of the value of light troops!

Cheers,
Andrew

Ah! Light troops - they won't be quite the super-troops in version 2. Very Happy
