I walked into a Book Grocer store today to see if there was any military reference books (e.g. Ospreys) on a whim.

Sure enough there was a fair few (more than I was expecting). However, there was also a few of the FoG and FoGR source books and the Force on Force Fallujah companion. They were all $7 each, so pretty good value (I picked up the Fallujah book for scenario inspiration and a couple of Ospreys as they're good summaries of a particular topic). So if you have a store nearby it might have some wargaming books in addition to the normal historical non-fiction they stock.
